Refund and Cancellation Policy

Refund policy

  • While placing an order you must agree to given policies. ·
  • Any demand for refund will not be entitled for 100% money back. ·
  • Additional work that was incorporated is chargeable if edits, reworks add new words.

Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and valid proof after investigation. Please read the fine prints of each deal before buying it, it provides all the details about the services or the product you purchase.

In case of duplicate transactions, incomplete transactions will be processed/refunded within a 7 working day period and services support will be delivered for complete transaction only.


Revision Policy

Academic writing is a lengthy process and can take a number of days/months. Feedback and the resultant changes in the document consume a significant part of this time. As a professional team of writers and editors for research scholars, follows the same principle of revision.

Once we deliver the completed work, or a part of it, as the requirement may be, the feedback can be given by the researcher or by his/her evaluation committee. Our writers and editors will study the comments and make the necessary changes for improvement. The motive for revision is to make the research paper worthy of publication and acceptance. However, it is important to note that we will revise only the content written by us, not what is added by the researcher or his/her evaluation committee. We limit our revision period to 3 revisions, from the time that we delivered the first original work completed.


Shipping & Delivery Policy

We will provide timely delivery of work as agreed on the work schedule. Even when the work is in progress, the client is updated frequently. He/she receives delivery updates within the promised timeframe. Thus, the client knows what stage the project is in and can track it regularly through mail.

BO Clause

We as a merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time.
